A giant fundraising luncheon for fallen Arizona Police Officers highlight the opening day.
 The first 100 visitors that make a $15 donation will get filet mignon sandwiches and mac and cheese from Donovan's Steak and Chop House in Phoenix and baked mostaccioli, chicken parmigiana and spring mix salad from Salerno's Italian Restaurant in Gilbert. 100% of the monies raised will be donated to the Arizona Concerns of Police Survivors which raises funds for the families of fallen police officers.
